Fragrant Forms | A Wheel Ikebana Vase No. 3

The fragrant aroma pleasing to God is the elegant posture of human obedience hitting the bullseye of God's word.

This assembled flower vase is like a small sculpture. Six wooden panels intertwine in space, revealing different three-dimensional expressions when viewed from various angles. The base can be gently rotated by hand, allowing one to appreciate the ever-changing relationship between the flowers and the vase from 360 degrees. Each individual piece is like a person who listens to God's word, accurately outlining the overall form in their respective positions.

Hinoki wood possesses a naturally warm wood grain and a soft fragrance, adding a touch of warmth to any living space. All surfaces are meticulously hand-sanded, fully retaining the soft and natural tactile feel of the wood.

The flower container part is made of acrylic test tubes, which offer good antibacterial properties and durability, and are not as easily broken as glass, making them safe to use.

Whether placed in the entryway, living room, or on a study desk, simply adding a seasonal flower will bring a serene and soft touch to your everyday space. It also makes for an excellent gift.
